Easter Egg Hunt at Costa Mesa Motor Inn
Nick and Brian Nix got together a great group of people to help out with an Easter Egg Hunt for the well-deserving children living at Costa Mesa Motor Inn. Brian ordered 1,000 eggs that were individually packed with candy by the hands of the disabled and mentally handicapped. The purchase helped to support their work and charity. Cole Baldwin, Nick’s son, and his buddies, Brendan Meek and Austin Vegh came out to help hide the eggs. Nick’s dear friends, Tom and Debbie Morris lent a helping hand too. The volunteers hid the eggs in the courtyard and behind the Harbor House at noon and by 12:30 Nick and Tom could not hold the kids back any longer. Within ten minutes, all 1,000 eggs were found and the candy was being enjoyed. Thank you Susanna and Linda for letting us be a part of this day, it was a real blessing.
